The association shall have the following types of membership:

Representation
Life members have the right to elect one representative for every seven members to the National Executive Council.
Regional associations should have at least 20 members to qualify as a regional chapter. They have the right to elect one representative for every 20 members to the National Executive Council.

Rights Of Membership
Annual Fees
A)The membership fees of the association which is paid, is non-refundable in the context of any member willing to withdraw his association with ADMA or otherwise.
B) The admission fee, annual membership fee and other contribution payable by different categories of members shall be as follows:
Entrance fees (to be paid only first time) ——— Rs. 1000/-
C) The annual membership fee payable by a member every year, shall be based on the annual gross turnover of such member during the previous financial year as certified by their chartered accountants, and shall be worked out as per the tables given here below:
i. For companies having turnover upto Rs. 1 crore per year Rs. 2,500/- (rupees Two thousand five hundred only)
ii. For companies having turnover
Above Rs. 1 crores to 3 crores ——–Rs. 5,000/-
Above Rs. 3 crores to 10 crores ——- Rs. 7,500/-
Above Rs. 10 crores —— Rs. 10,000/
Termination
A member may cease to be a member of ADMA as decided by the committee.
In case of a firm, if it is dissolved or adjusted insolvent or the partners are convicted of offence involving moral turpitude.
OR
In case of a company, if it is wound up
OR
For any such techno-legal reason
OR
For any such reason or activities that might be detrimental to the objectives of the association.
Any member, whose subscription shall be one month in arrears and who shall not pay such arrears within fifteen days, after written notice calling for such payment shall on a resolution of the Committee to that effect being passed, ceases to be a member. However the Committee reserves the right to take the decision. The Secretary General/Treasurer shall issue such notice to a member under the express direction of the Committee.
Register Of Members
A register of members shall be maintained in which shall be entered the names and address of and such information about the members as the Committee may from time to time decide. Such Register shall be open to inspection of the members of ADMA at its office.
· List of Members: As per the rule 15 of the Societies Registration (Maharashtra) Act, 1971, the list will be maintained in the form of Schedule VI of the said rules.
Dissolution
As per Societies Registeration Act , 1860, Rules 13 & 14, ADMA can be dissolved by a resolution supported by 3/4th members present at a General Body meeting called for the purpose. The assets of ADMA, in case of dissolution shall be disposed off in accordance with the decision of the dissolving meeting.
